Patrick Thompson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and operational management. Currently serving as Co-Founder of LeadFlask, LLC since June 2020, and as an Infrastructure Engineer at IQventures since January 2020, Patrick demonstrates a strong background in overseeing IT staff and managing IT operations, including ticketing systems, support desks, and inter-departmental communication. Prior roles include Infrastructure Engineer at Community Choice Financial, Inc. from April 2019 to January 2020, a contractor at TEKsystems, and System Administrator at Continental Message Solution from June 2012 to October 2018. Patrick holds education credentials from Columbus State Community College, spanning 2011 to 2017.
