Charles Anders

Charles Anders is currently the Associate Director of Process Improvement and Project and Program Management at IQVIA, a position they have held since 2019. They lead significant process improvement projects and successfully managed the organization's implementation of SmartSolve, one of the largest eQMS rollouts in the industry. Prior to IQVIA, Charles founded and directed operations at 2CoolDesigns, enhancing customer retention and driving significant sales growth. They have also held various leadership roles in product management and marketing across several companies, consistently delivering impressive revenue growth. Charles graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of South Carolina.
