Christopher Ingraham, Ph.D., is an Associate Director at IQVIA, where they promote a positive team culture and improve staff retention while aligning data collection with key performance indicators. With over twenty years of experience in product research, development, and manufacturing management, Christopher has effectively led teams in FDA-regulated environments, overseeing projects from conception to clinical trials. Previously, they served as the National Director of Clinical Research at AllerVie Health and have held various research and leadership positions at prominent institutions, including the University of Rochester and The Scripps Research Institute. Christopher earned a Ph.D. in Genetics, Genomics, and Development from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and has a background in biotechnology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
