Dion Bates

Dion Bates is an experienced project manager and leader with over 30 years in diverse fields including engineering, construction, and clinical research. Currently a Senior Clinical Operations Manager at IQVIA, Dion oversees the onboarding and training of clinical trial managers, enhancing patient care and study processes. Previously, Dion served as a Clinical Research Project Manager and Department Head of Purdue Army ROTC, demonstrating a strong ability to lead and mentor teams. An alumnus of Purdue University and the University of Pennsylvania, Dion holds multiple degrees including a BS and MS in Civil Engineering and an MS in Organizational Dynamics.
