Previously, H managed a team at Rakuten's Global Human Resources Department, focusing on mid-career recruitment and strategic hiring initiatives. They also served as Recruiting Project Lead at Amazon and were the Head of Talent Acquisition at DiDi Food Japan before its closure in Japan. Earlier in their career, H worked as a headhunter and office manager at a headhunting firm, covering various industries. H is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Policy Management at Keio University.
