Heather Buglass

Heather Buglass is an accomplished Senior HR and Business Leader currently serving as the Senior Director of HR for UKI and North Europe at IQVIA, where they lead HR strategy for approximately 2000 employees across multiple countries. Previously, they were the HR Director for Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia Pacific at pladis Global, and held various progressive HR roles within United Biscuits, including Head of Group Reward and HR Director - International. With extensive experience in both UK and international HR environments, Heather specializes in business leadership, talent development, and complex international change projects. They hold a BA in Business Studies from Sheffield University.
