Maria Bashkirova is the Co-Founder of Re:search Band, where they serve as the Chief Entertainment Officer and embody a passion for engaging with people and their emotions. Since 2017, they have held the position of Head of the Qualitative Research Department at IQVIA. Prior to these roles, Maria was the Market Research Director at Bashkirova and Partners from 2005 to 2016. They obtained a degree in Sociology from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1995.
