Owen Corbin

Owen Corbin is an experienced professional in data privacy and information governance, currently serving as Head of R&DS Information Governance and Privacy at IQVIA since April 2019. In this role, Owen developed a comprehensive program for global data privacy and information governance within the largest division of IQVIA. Prior to this position, Owen was a Senior Director of Data Privacy and Regulatory DCT, where a successful privacy program was created and implemented. Owen’s career began at Quintiles, where as Director of Investigator Contracts, Regulatory and Budgets, a global team was founded to enhance clinical contracts and regulatory processes. Before Quintiles, Owen served as General Counsel at Momentum Research, Inc. Owen holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Wake Forest University.
