Simon Rigler

Simon Rigler is an accomplished testing and quality assurance leader with extensive experience in the software industry. Currently serving as the Head of Testing & QA at IQVIA since March 2015, Simon oversees a division focused on Analytics & AI, managing over twenty scrum teams and more than thirty test engineers. Responsibilities include developing test strategies, promoting test automation, and harmonizing testing processes. Simon's previous roles include Programme Test Manager at Santander Consumer Finance and Test Manager at Westpac New Zealand Limited, where significant contributions to test practices and team management were made. Starting as a Pensions Analyst, Simon has built a solid career in testing, underscored by a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Southampton.
