Xiaochen Wang

Xiaochen Wang is a PhD candidate at Pennsylvania State University, focusing on multimodal learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, and health informatics. Previously, Xiaochen worked as a generative AI scientist at IQVIA and held machine learning researcher positions at TikTok and Instacart. In addition, Xiaochen served as a graduate research assistant at both Renaissance Computing Institute and the UNC School of Information and Library Science. Xiaochen earned a Master of Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automation from Central South University.
