YU XIA

YU XIA is the Head of CPM for China at 艾昆纬, bringing over 10 years of specialization in real-world evidence research and 6.5 years of project management experience in real-world studies. They have coached and mentored junior project managers for over 3 years and provided line management for a team of more than 10 project managers. Previously, YU successfully led a multi-disciplinary team as Acting Project Manager at the Singapore Clinical Research Institute and contributed to various clinical trials throughout their career. YU holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Research from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Nanyang Technological University.
