Stu Damon

Stu Damon is a seasoned restaurant and hotel executive with over four decades of experience in hospitality finance and general management. They co-founded and serve as the Principal Owner of SRG Concepts, specializing in restaurant management and development. Previously, Stu held various leadership roles at Marriott International, including Director of Finance and Area General Manager, and served as Chairman of the Fairfax County Hospitality Council. As a lecturer at Georgetown University, they were recognized with the 2016 Tropia Award for Outstanding Faculty Member. Stu has also contributed to organizations like Colvin Mill Capital, LLC, and IR Dynamics, and holds multiple degrees in hospitality and finance from prestigious institutions.
