IR.on AG is a consultancy for investor relations, financial communication and sustainability management.

We support our clients not only in ongoing investor relations and communication activities but also in projects such as capital market and M&A transactions as well as special situations such as corporate crises and restructuring.

In addition, as part of our Sustainability & ESG business unit, we advise our clients on current regulatory requirements, support them in developing sustainability strategies and integrating these in corporations, and set up sustainability & ESG reports.

We are also committed to sustainability beyond our own consulting business and pursue our own sustainability strategy. Our employees are an important part of this. An attractive working environment and fair and respectful cooperation are of particular importance to us. We have also been recognized as a “Fair Company” by Handelsblatt and the Institute for Employment and Employability. You can find out more about this and our vacancies on our website at www.ir-on.com/karriere/.
