Mike Gerber has extensive experience in research, development, and innovation within the food industry. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for IR Pros and as an Executive Board Member for Tripleswitch Brewing, Mike previously held significant roles at Bellisio Foods as SVP of Research & Development, Quality, and Technology, and at Jack Link's Beef Jerky and Schwan's Company as VP of Research and Development. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Product Development and Marketing & Innovation Manager for Tony's and Red Baron. Mike Gerber earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and furthered education at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
