IR Share is a privately-owned, independent, apolitical company whose aim is to inform and assist all players involved in social dialogue both within and outside Europe. Our work is structured around four key branches: 
IR Notes – A trusted, independent source of information on European industrial relations and labour law. 
IR Club - Club CE européens/European Work Councils Club. 
IR Research – IR Share is an Eurofound’s National Correspondent.
IR Doc – A multilingual, open-access library offering extensive documentation on labour law, social dialogue and industrial relations across the EU.
