Richard Scheidegger served in the US Air Force from 1990 to 1995 as a Tech Controller, and gained experience as a Technical Support Engineer III at Octel Communications from 1995 to 1997. From 1997 to 2009, Richard worked at Avaya as an Advanced Solution Architect/Technical Readiness Engineer. Since 2009, Richard has been a Solution Architect in Professional Services at Integrated Research. Richard holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from the Community College of the Air Force and an Associate of Science degree from Montgomery County Community College.
