Johny Heijlen has over 25 years of work experience. Johny began their career in 1993 as a Police Militaire for the Armee Belge. In 1996, they worked as an Agent de service clientèle for the Employment Service (ANPE anglaise). In 1997, they were an Office Manager for Canon Marketing Ltd. From 1998 to 2001, they worked at Vrijdaghs SPRL as a Chef d'équipe de soir / programmeur CAD, and at GEO Topographics as a Technicien Géomètre. From 2001 to 2018, they were at Club Med, where they held three roles: Responsable adjoint du centre de relation client, Coordinateur planification et statistiques, and Conseiller de vente. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Business Leader at Citizen Call. Since 2020, they have been a Customer Success Manager at iRaiser.eu, where they are responsible for setting up new clients, configuring platforms, making CSS adjustments, and implementing tracking codes.

Johny Heijlen has a diverse educational background. Johny obtained their BAC STT Informatique et gestion from St-Hubertuscollege in 1991. Johny then went on to complete their BTS Assistant de gestion PME/PMI from GRETA arcueil in 2006. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained their Concepteur Développeur Web orienté PHP from DAWAN Nantes in the field of Informatique.
