Becky Denna has over 30 years of experience in the customer service industry. Becky began their career in 1988 as a Sr. Manager of Business Management at Convergys. In 2007, they took on the role of Director at Dialogue-Marketing, where they were honored for amplifying site and client relationship management for a 500 plus advocates for 14+ clients in various states within variety of industries. In 2013, they became the Sr. Director of Customer Care at Solutionreach, Inc., where they optimized customer care and operational capabilities for SaaS technical support contact center such as inbound/chat and proactive outreach. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Director of Customer Care at IRALOGIX, a tech-fueled B2B IRA services firm.

Becky Denna is currently enrolled in Southern Utah University, where they are pursuing a dual degree in Business Administration and Psychology.
