Thiago Parente

Thiago Parente has been working in the technology industry since 1998. Thiago began their career as a Systems Consultant at Politec, then moved to Sybase Software Brasil as a PreSales in 2004. In 2007, they joined IBM as an Information Management Sales Rep. and then moved to Oracle in 2009 as a Business Intelligence Sales Manager. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Texas A&M University, where they completed a Master of Agribusiness. During this time, they also worked as a Business Analyst at JBS. In 2016, they co-founded iRancho, where they served as CEO until 2022. In 2022, they were selected to join the Scale-Up Endeavor program at Endeavor Brasil.

Thiago Parente obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration from Faculdade de Adm de Brasilia between 2001 and 2005. In 2006 and 2007, they obtained a Specialist degree in Finance and Capital Markets from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2014 and 2015, they obtained a Master of Agribusiness from Texas A&M University and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the same institution. Thiago obtained the Certificate in Entrepreneurship in December 2015.
