Lina Rassi

Lina Rassi is the Chief Executive Officer of IRÄYE skincare, a position they have held since 2024. They are an experienced general manager with a demonstrated history in the cosmetics industry, skilled in marketing management, negotiation, luxury goods, business planning, and customer marketing. Their previous roles include General Manager at Shiseido (2023–2024) and General Manager Lifestyle Fragrances and Niche for the UK & Ireland at L'Oréal (2021–2023), as well as area management roles in Travel Retail for Lancome & Kiehl's across the Middle East, Indian subcontinent, and Africa, and for Giorgio Armani & designer fragrances in Travel Retail Europe (Scandinavian Zone). They earned an MSc from Ecole de Management de Lyon (2003–2006) and a Licence in Economics from Université Saint Joseph - Liban (2000–2003).
