Ari Tavanielli

Vice President Procurement at IRCA Group

Ari Tavanielli has held various roles in procurement throughout their career. Ari started as a Telecom Commodity Manager at Oracle in 2001 and later became the Americas Procurement Manager. In their role as a Global Procurement Manager, they directed and coordinated procurement activities for IT commodities. Ari then worked at Roche, where they led global negotiations and managed supplier relationships in the Software category. At PepsiCo, Ari held several senior director roles, including overseeing $1.5 billion in indirect categories spend and managing a team of buyers located in 10 countries. Ari also served as the Vice President of Procurement at IRCA Group. Overall, Ari has extensive experience in procurement, supplier management, and leading large-scale projects in various industries.

Ari Tavanielli has a BA in International Trade from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, completed from 1994 to 1997. They also obtained an MA in Sociology - International Communications from City, University of London, completed from 1998 to 2000. Ari holds a Project Management Certificate in PMO from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, completed in 2004. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in Software Asset Management from IAITAM in 2011.
