Kelsey Harmon is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience in various roles within the food science industry. Currently serving as a Senior Food Scientist at IRCA Group since October 2024, Kelsey has previously held positions such as Food Scientist II at Dairy Farmers of America and Research & Development Scientist at Jeneil Biotech Inc. Significant contributions include serving as a Technical Judge for the American Cheese Society 2017 Competition and working as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Iowa State University. Kelsey holds a Master’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from Iowa State University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and a Chemistry Minor from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
