Kelsey Kimble is a Technical Customer Lead at IRCA Group, bringing 8 years of experience in the food and ingredients manufacturing industry. A graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University, Kelsey holds a First Class degree in Food Bioscience. Kelsey has previously worked in various roles within renowned companies, including Kerry, where they led innovation in chocolate and ice cream sectors, as well as contributing to new product developments. Prior to these technical roles, Kelsey explored creativity as a singer/songwriter and gained diverse experience in hospitality and research.
