Massimo Cestaro

Massimo Cestaro has extensive experience in the HR field, working in various roles for different companies. Massimo started their career as an HR Manager at Goglio S.p.A in 2001, where they handled HR responsibilities for the company's international operations. In 2009, they joined STF SPA as an HR Director and held this position until 2018. During their time at STF SPA, they managed HR strategies and initiatives. Since 2018, Cestaro has been working as an HR Director at IRCA S.p.A, where they oversee HR operations for the company, which specializes in producing food products for bakery, ice cream, and pastry production.

Massimo Cestaro completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from LIUC - Università Cattaneo from 1995 to 2000. In 2002, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the same institution. Massimo later obtained a Master's degree in Labour Law from Scuola di Formazione IPSOA in 2009. Prior to their university studies, they completed their high school education at Liceo Scientifico A. Tosi, specializing in Scientific studies, from 1990 to 1995.
