Matt Wiese

Matt Wiese is an experienced Plant Manager currently overseeing operations at IRCA Group since March 2023, following the company's acquisition of the Kerry Sweets Portfolio. Prior to this role, Matt served as Plant Manager at Kerry from March 2020 to April 2023 and held various managerial positions at Hearthside Food Solutions from January 2018 to November 2019, which included the acquisition of Greencore/Peacock Foods. Matt's extensive career began at PEACOCK FOODS / GREENCORE, where Matt progressed through multiple roles, including Continuous Improvement Manager and Senior Supply Chain Specialist, from August 2006 to January 2018. Matt Wiese holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Iowa State University.
