Luc Ardaillon is a post-doctoral researcher specializing in speech synthesis at IRCAM since November 2022, focusing on building and training neural networks to enhance synthesis quality and manipulate irregular voices. Prior experience includes a position as a post-doctoral researcher at GIPSA-lab and several roles at IRCAM involving fundamental frequency analysis and voice transformation techniques. Throughout a long-standing engagement with the French ska-latino-balkan band Zarhzä, Luc has performed as a clarinet and saxophone player, participating in approximately 200 gigs since 2017.
