The International Regulator of Coaching and Mentoring, CIC (IRCM CIC) is the approved Regulator for the Coaching and Mentoring Industry.  In its remit as a Community Interest Company the IRCM CIC has the responsibility to support and protect all coaching and mentoring industry consumers. 
 
To achieve this, the IRCM CIC works with genuine coaches, mentors, education/training providers, support groups, and professional bodies to define industry standards, ethics, competencies, and promote excellence, improve confidence, with the public and all consumers in the international community of coaching and mentoring.

Consumers are customers, clients, students, coaches, and/or mentors; and they benefit from a single unified directory which provides all information about the individual/organisation within the industry, who has committed to promote excellence and improve confidence in the coaching and mentoring industry.

Genuine coaches, mentors, education/training providers, support groups, professional bodies, and commercial organisations who employ coaches/mentors; join the IRCM CIC to raise their own profile, demonstrate their commitment to raising the bar for the industry, address industry issues, and define the future of the coaching and mentoring industry.
