Akash Rehan

Akash Rehan has diverse work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Akash is currently working at Irdeto as the Talent Acquisition Lead, where they are responsible for market mapping, delivering hiring projects, and coordinating with stakeholders. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Irdeto and also had a dual role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Before joining Irdeto, Akash worked as a Global Leadership Recruiter at Symmetrical Global Search Pvt Ltd, where they developed recruitment and sourcing strategies and conducted interviews for selecting candidates. Akash also worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at New*star Consulting Pvt Ltd, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes and prepared candidate profiles for clients.

Earlier in their career, Akash served as a Recruitment Specialist at Maverick Technical Consultants and as a Business Development Executive at Exxon Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd.

Akash Rehan has a diverse education history that reflects their focus on talent management and human resources. In 2012, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amity University. Akash furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2015 to 2017, with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.

To enhance their skills in talent management, Akash completed an Executive Development Program in Talent Management at XLRI - VIL Programs in 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications in related areas, such as becoming a Gallup certified strengths coach in February 2023 and completing the Grow 1:1 Programme at TPC Leadership in October 2021. Furthermore, they hold a certification as a Certified Corporate Communicator from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus, which they obtained in July 2012.
