Ali Taha

Ali Taha has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ali began their career as an Engineers and Labs Coordinator at AL-ISRA UNIVERSITY in 2001, where they also served as a Teaching and Research Assistant and Network Administrator. Ali then worked as a Network Engineer at the General Directorate of Education & Information _ MINISTRY OF EDUCATION from 2002 to 2005. Ali joined MultiChoice in 2005 as a Senior Conditional Access System Engineer, where they were responsible for the administration and configuration of encryption software and conditional access devices. Ali continued their career at Irdeto in 2010 as a Senior Customer Integration and Support Engineer, before returning to MultiChoice in 2015 as a Technical Manager. Throughout their experience, Ali has gained expertise in network engineering, customer support, and technical management.

Ali Taha's education history begins with their secondary school education at Quotiba bin Moslem High School, where they studied science from 1994 to 1995. Ali then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering-Computer from Isra University from 1995 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Ali Taha has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2023, the Customer Focus certification from Harvard Business Publishing in March 2018, the Strategy Planning and Execution certification from Harvard Business Publishing in February 2018, the Project Management certification from Harvard Business Publishing in January 2018, and the ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2017.
