Bonnie Tan (陳潓頤) has a wealth of experience in various roles spanning several companies. Bonnie currently holds the position of Channel Sales & Partnership Director, APAC at Irdeto, a role they began in November 2019. Prior to this, they served as the VP Greater China & APAC Channel Sales at Ericsson Television/Mediakind from March 2017 to November 2019, where they were responsible for sales in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and China, delivering significant revenue growth.

From January 2013 to February 2017, Bonnie was Senior Director of Channel Development APAC at Ericsson, where they played an integral role in sales team and led channel sales development and collaborations across divisions and regions. Bonnie also served as Senior Director of HR, Marketing, and Admin APAC from August 2009 to December 2012, overseeing marketing strategies and implementing HR programs and policies to drive high performance.

Prior to Ericsson, Bonnie held the position of Director of Marketing/HR/Administration APAC at Tandberg Television, where they managed the integration of NDS technology with Tandberg, set up regional headquarters and offices in various countries, and implemented changes in structure and staff integration.

Bonnie'scareer began at NDS Limited, where they served as Office and HR Manager from March 1994 to June 2000. In this role, they oversaw the establishment of the company's presence in Asia Pacific, expanded staff from 3 to 36 employees, and implemented business processes and tools.

Throughout their career, Bonnie Tan has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and sales skills, driving revenue growth and implementing successful practices in channel sales effectiveness, marketing strategies, and HR programs.

Bonnie Tan (陳潓頤) obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Toronto in 1990. In addition, they have acquired multiple certifications throughout their career.
