Candice D. has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Candice began their career at Sutherland Associates as a Project Administrator/Secretary to the Personnel & Project MD. Candice then moved on to ManpowerGroup, where they held the positions of Technical Recruitment Specialist and later Branch Manager in the Technical and Engineering Division. Candice then worked at LanDynamix as a Branch Manager in IT support and Network Infrastructure. Candice then pursued a role as a Talent Specialist (Contract) at BroadReach Healthcare. Following this, they joined LabourNet as a Senior Recruitment Specialist. Candice later joined Worley, where they held multiple roles, including HR Specialist, Human Resources / Talent Development Lead, and Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for Energy & Chemicals in Southern & Eastern Africa. Currently, they are working at Irdeto as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. Throughout their career, Candice has gained experience in various HR functions such as talent management, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
