Carla Grigoras

Carla Grigoras serves as the HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions at Irdeto, collaborating with senior leaders to enhance employee experience and align people strategies with business goals. Previously, Carla held the position of Senior Consultant for HR Transformation at KPMG Nederland, focusing on strategic workforce planning and employee engagement. Carla's earlier experience at Philips includes roles as Global HR Project Manager and HR Project Manager for various functions, where significant projects on capability building and job architecture were executed. Carla's career began with internships in learning, development, and talent acquisition, and includes co-founding a venture, as well as a background as a professional volleyball player. Carla is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Culture, Organization, and Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, following a Pre-Master in Human Resource Studies and a Bachelor's in International Business and Management.
