Dean Silverman

Dean Silverman is an accomplished Engineering Director with extensive experience in technology and research and development. Currently serving as Engineering Director for Irdeto since April 2011, Silverman oversees Conditional Access technology and solutions in Beijing, China. Prior to this role, Silverman was the Director of China R&D at Amdocs, managing a large team and focusing on OSS/BSS Telecom Billing and CRM solutions for major telecom clients. Silverman's career at Nortel spanned from 1986 to 2009, where responsibilities included directing R&D operations, managing large teams in OAM solutions, and developing network management solutions. Silverman holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
