Dolores Barolo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dolores started their career in 2003 as a Consultant at Interospital snc, where they focused on business and marketing development in the dental and healthcare industry. Dolores then moved on to Idema srl in 2004, also as a Consultant in the healthcare industry, where they continued to excel in marketing management and customer relations. In 2005, they joined PAVE Ltd as a Consultant, specializing in business and marketing development and managing customer relationships.

In 2006, Dolores became an independent professional and started their own consulting business under the name Dolores Barolo indipendent professional. Dolores'sconsultancy included various activities such as business and marketing development, marketing management, public relations, and market evaluation. Dolores also served as an interpreter and organizer for trade fairs.

In 2006, Dolores took on different roles at TomTom BV, starting as an Account Payable and then transitioning to a Purchasing Administrator and Assistant Buyer. Dolores'sresponsibilities included managing procurement needs, ensuring compliance, and communicating with suppliers and internal departments. Dolores also worked closely with the VAT expert team.

From 2008 to 2010, Dolores worked at Cargill BV as an Assistant Buyer, focusing on optimizing the purchase process, analyzing non-conformances, and assessing and rating suppliers.

In 2010, Dolores joined Irdeto as a Senior Procurement Specialist EMEA. Dolores was involved in supplier selection, contract negotiations, and cost/benefit analysis. Dolores then progressed to the role of Team Lead Procurement, Manager Procurement, and eventually Head of Global Strategic Sourcing. Dolores'sresponsibilities included managing procurement activities, developing supplier relationships, and aligning internal roadmaps for strategic supplier selection and management.

Throughout their career, Dolores has demonstrated expertise in procurement, supplier management, negotiation, and strategic planning. Dolores has also shown a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Dolores Barolo has a diverse education history. In 2012, they attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University for an Essential of Leadership program in the field of Organizational Leadership. In 2011, they also attended the same institution for a course in Effective Negotiating Skills, but the field of study is not specified. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2002, they studied Marketing and Communication at the Università degli Studi di Padova. In 1998 and 1999, they pursued the XIV° Course in International Cooperation and Development at the same university, focusing on Development Economics and International Development. Before that, from 1997 to 1998, they completed the XIII° Course in International Cooperation and Development at the Università degli Studi di Padova, specializing in Development Economics and International Development. Dolores'sundergraduate studies took place from 1990 to 1997, also at the Università degli Studi di Padova, where they obtained a degree in Political Science with a field of study in Law and Economics.
