Gu Xiaojun has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as Standard Manager and Principal Engineer at 华为 since July 2016, focusing on video-related standards and industry development. Prior to this, Gu worked at Irdeto from April 2006, holding roles such as Engineering Director and Technical Product Manager, managing the MultiScreen Rights Client product and leading SKE localization in China. Additional experience includes a Development and Operation Manager position at CryptoTech, Philips, and significant roles at DTVIA, including Technical Department Manager and CTO. Early career experience includes engineering positions at the TV & Acoustics Research Institute of MIIT. Gu holds an EMBA from the University of International Business and Economics, alongside an M.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Industry Automation from Beijing Institute of Technology.
