Jacques Kroon

Jacques Kroon has extensive work experience in various roles and companies.

Jacques started their career in 1994 as a Project Leader at MultiChoice Central Europe, where they worked until 1995.

Jacques then joined Mindport Inc as a Sr. Systems Implementation Analyst in 1995 and stayed with the company until 2001. During this time, they gained international experience and lived and worked in different countries.

In 2001, Jacques joined IBSInterprit as a Senior Business Analyst and worked there until 2008.

From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Irdeto (now Hansen Technologies).

Jacques returned to Irdeto in 2012 as the Manager Integrations and Support and later became the Cybersecurity Technology Manager in 2015, a position they currently hold.

Jacques Kroon has a diverse education history in the field of business and information technology. Jacques holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Business School Nederland. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business and ICT from Maastricht University.

In terms of certifications, Jacques has obtained several relevant qualifications. Jacques completed a course on "Ethics and regulation of digital innovation" at Open Universiteit in January 2021. In July 2020, they completed a course on "Innovation Strategy" at the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained the "Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP)" certification from APMG International in August 2017, and the "ITIL® Practitioner" certification from EXIN in December 2016.

Apart from their formal education and certifications, Jacques also has practical experience and training in various aspects of information management and business organization. Jacques has undertaken courses in HSB at EXIN and Information management and business organization, Software engineering and Quality assurance, and Advanced IT Project Management at Coördinerend Adviesbureau Informatisering. Moreover, they have pursued information analysis and process design at CAI Opleidingen. Jacques also holds certifications in TMAP Next and ASL - BiSL - ITIL - Prince 2 from EXIN.

In terms of additional certifications, Jacques has completed courses in Gamification from Coursera Course Certificates, and the Business Systems Analyst Certificate from Inquestra. Jacques has also received training in Effective Presentation Skills for Project Managers from the International Institute for Learning, Leadership and People Management - Managing people in an international environment from MCE - [Management Centre Europe], and Management Effectiveness from Tri-anagram (Pty) Ltd. Furthermore, they have completed courses in Management Fundamentals (Self management / Team management) from LaSalle College and OCEB 2 Fundamental (Business Process Management) from Capgemini.
