Juha H. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Juha started their career as Lead Software Architect at Nomovok Ltd., where they developed an embedded Linux platform and secured customer deployments to save the company from financial difficulties.

After Nomovok, they joined Mylab Oy as the Product Development Manager, overseeing the development of a second-generation healthcare information system that complied with new EU regulations.

Juha then worked as a Senior Consultant at Netlight, where they won and delivered the first local projects for the company's expansion in Finland.

Next, they joined Link Motion as Director of Connectivity, Development Operations & Compliance, where they played multiple roles in the development of automotive electronic and electric architectures.

Following that, Juha started a partnership at Unlimited Consulting Oy, providing business advisory services to SMBs in regulated industries, including market studies, management system implementation, and technology strategy development.

Currently, they are serving as Senior Director, Embedded Security at Irdeto, leading the development and implementation of embedded cybersecurity solutions for the connected transport industry.

Juha H. pursued their education in a variety of fields and institutions throughout their academic journey. Juha started their education at Tampere University of Technology in 2007 and completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering in 2013. Later, in 2017, they enrolled at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Juha H. has also obtained several certifications in various domains. Juha became a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in 2019 through Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Other certifications include ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor, ISO 13485 Lead Auditor, ISO 27001 Internal Auditor, Digital Product Management, Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor, IATF 16949:2016 Supplier Auditor Certification, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification, PRINCE2 (2009) Foundation, TOGAF 9 Foundation, and ITIL Foundation V3, which were obtained from different institutions between 2015 and 2023.
