Laura Deleij

Laura Deleij has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Laura most recently worked at Irdeto as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior HR Business Partner a.i. at the same company. Before joining Irdeto, Laura worked at Trengo - Smart Conversations Platform as the Manager Employee Experience, where they led a team and was responsible for defining the People Strategy, providing support to managers on various topics, setting goals, and managing the office move. Prior to Trengo, Laura worked at NIBC Bank as a Digital Strategist - People Focused, where they focused on the people aspect of the bank's Digital Transformation. Laura started their career at Accenture the Netherlands as a Management Consultant - HR & Talent, and later as a Junior Management Consultant Talent & Organization. Laura also has experience from their graduate internship at iPM Partners turning Strategy into Results and an internship at Zodiak Media.

Laura Deleij began their education at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics in 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in International Business. Laura completed their undergraduate studies in 2012.

During their time as an undergraduate student, Laura engaged in an exchange semester at the University of Adelaide in 2012, focusing on International Business.

Following their bachelor's degree, Laura continued their education at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, obtaining a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management of Learning in 2013.

In 2008, before their university studies, Laura attended EF International Language Campuses, where they pursued a Master of Business English degree.

In terms of additional certifications, Laura obtained a Human Capital Strategist certificate from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in August 2016. Laura also acquired an ITIL4 Foundation Certificate from PeopleCert in September 2019. Additionally, Laura holds an EXIN Agile Scrum Product Owner certificate from EXIN, acquired in April 2020. Lastly, they obtained a Strategic Workforce Planning certificate from HCI in June 2021, and a Business Analytics certification from Growth Tribe in 2022.
