Mark Mulready

Vice President - Cyber Services at Irdeto

Mark Mulready has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity, investigations, and law enforcement. Mark started their career in 1986 with the NSW Police Force as a Detective and Prosecutor, where they worked for 16 years. In 2002, they joined Foxtel as a Fraud and Operational Security Manager, and served in this role for 8 years.

In 2010, Mark joined Irdeto as their Security Director - Intelligence, where they worked for 5 years. Mark then moved to the position of Senior Director, Cyber Services and Investigations, which they held for 2 years. In 2017, they were promoted to Vice President - Cyber Services at Irdeto, a position they currently hold.

In addition to their work at Irdeto, Mark also serves as the Co-President of the Audiovisual Anti-Piracy Alliance (AAPA), a role they have held since 2017.

Mark Mulready has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Wollongong, which they completed in 2003. Mark also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law from the same university in the same year. Prior to their legal education, Mark completed the Prosecutor Education Program at NSW Police in 1999. In 1998, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Wollongong. Mark began their educational journey by completing the Detective Education Program at NSW Police in 1991.
