Michael Sobelman

Michael Sobelman is a seasoned professional in intellectual property and business development, currently serving as the Vice President of Intellectual Property at Irdeto since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sobelman was the Managing Director of Technical Analysis and Licensing at Haley Guiliano LLP and held positions including Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Immersion Corporation, where leadership was provided for patented haptic technology. Sobelman's extensive experience covers strategic licensing and corporate development at NAGRA and consulting at RudeWalrus LLC on secure technology matters. Additional roles have included co-founding Identify3D, managing licensing at Intellectual Ventures, and leading business development at Cryptography Research, Inc. Sobelman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from UCLA, an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Santa Clara University, and a Master of Science in Physics from California State University, Northridge.
