Phil Eisen

Phil Eisen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Phil currently works at Irdeto as a Product Owner since April 2020. Prior to this role, they were a System Architect at Irdeto from 2017 to April 2020.

Before joining Irdeto, Phil was the Director of Engineering at Perspecsys (A Blue Coat Company) from 2014 to 2016. Phil also worked at Irdeto as an Engineering Manager from 2009 to 2014.

Earlier in their career, Phil worked as a Software Developer at Cloakware Corporation from 2001 to 2009. Phil started their professional journey as an Intern at Maplesoft in 1997 and continued until 1998.

Between 1999 and 2001, Phil worked as a Cryptomathematician at Communications Security Establishment Canada, showcasing their expertise in cryptography.

Phil Eisen completed their Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Combinatorics and Optimization, as well as Applied Math, at the University of Waterloo. This educational journey took place between 1993 and 1998. Later, in 1998 and 1999, Phil pursued further studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Mathematics degree with a specialization in Cryptography.
