Sophie Warning has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sophie'smost recent role was as an HR Generalist at Irdeto, where they ensured that HR operations for EMEA countries were efficiently handled and provided a positive employee experience. Prior to this, Sophie worked as a Senior HR Coordinator at Irdeto, overseeing three direct reports and managing HR operations for various countries. Sophie also has experience as an HR Coordinator at Irdeto and as an HR Support Coordinator at Publicis Groupe NL, where they played a key role in creating HR processes and procedures following a merger. Sophie's earlier roles include HR Support at Laureate Online Education, where they handled administrative tasks and provided training to new hires, and an Intern Recruiter at YoungCapital, where they independently managed recruitment for a major banking client. Sophie also served as a Secretary & Board Member at ESN VU Amsterdam, organizing activities for international students, and worked as a Countermedewerker at HMSHost Schiphol Airport.

During their Bachelor's program, in 2013-2014, Sophie studied abroad at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, focusing on Psychology.

After completing their Bachelor's degree, Sophie continued their studies at VU Amsterdam and started a Master's degree program in Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie, also known as Organizational Psychology, in 2015. Sophie completed their Master's degree in 2016 at VU Amsterdam.
