Todd Offer has extensive experience in the technology and automotive industries. Todd began their career at General Dynamics as a Systems Engineer, where they focused on the Digital Communication System for the M1A2 Main Battle Tank. Todd then joined General Motors Corporation as a Project/RF Engineer, responsible for evaluating GPS and Navigation Systems for the automotive environment and validating GPS subsystems for the OnStar system.
In 1998, Todd joined Magellan Systems Corp. as a Sales Engineer, before moving to Continental in 1999. At Continental, they served as the Business Development & Applications Engineering Manager for the Infotainment & Connectivity Business Unit, working closely with customers like GM, Ford, and FCA to support their programs and develop new business opportunities.
In 2017, Todd joined Irdeto as the Director of Business Development - Connected Transport, Americas, where they focused on leveraging Irdeto's security technology and services to establish new partnerships and drive long-term growth opportunities. Todd later assumed the role of Head of Sales - Connected Transport - Americas before becoming the Global Head of Sales - Connected Transport, where they led a global team in exceeding sales targets and building strategic business relationships with external customers and partners.
Currently, Todd is the Director of Keystone OEM and Fleet Business at Irdeto, leading the strategy, direction, sales, engineering, execution, delivery, partners, personnel, and budget for the Fleet and OEM Keystone business, which offers a policy-based secure vehicle access solution.
Todd Offer attended Michigan State University from 1985 to 1987, where they pursued studies in engineering. Following this, they enrolled at Lawrence Technological University from 1988 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
