刘祎 Yiliu

Liu Yi, also known as Yiliu, has over 20 years of experience in technical project management and development. Most recently, they worked at Irdeto as a Technical Project Manager, overseeing the implementation and delivery of security products for intelligent connected automotive vehicles. 刘祎 served clients such as Hyundai MOTO, GAIC, Banma, XiaoPeng-MOTO, and WeltMeister-MOTO. 刘祎 also acted as a Project Manager and Agile-Scrum Master, coordinating and coaching multiple product teams to optimize iteration efficiency. Prior to Irdeto, Yiliu worked at Philips as a Technical Manager, where they managed the development team in China and ensured the high-quality delivery of Cryptoworks products. 刘祎 was responsible for people management, communication with headquarters and other teams, and ensuring compliance with development policies. Before that, they worked at DTVIA as a Developer/Technical Manager, leading the CA development team and overseeing the deployment of CA, SMS, and EPG systems. 刘祎 also managed STB porting and integration and set up a verification and certification lab.

刘祎 yiliu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Application Technology from the University of electronic science and technology of China, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. They also have additional certifications including Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) from Microsoft, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) from Microsofte, Creating stellar customer relations from Achieveglobal, Certificated Scrum Product Owner and Certificated Scrum Master from UPerform. They are also certified in Foundation Certificate in Project Management and PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from PRINCE2.
