iRecruit.co partners with organizations delivering complex, capital-intensive projects across mission-critical industries.

We provide talent solutions for owners, developers consultancies, and general contractors building data centers, advanced manufacturing, defense-tech, nuclear and energy, life sciences, healthcare, infrastructure, and commercial real estate projects—where execution risk is high, schedules matter, and experience is not interchangeable.

Our focus is simple: helping teams secure proven construction and project leadership talent for specialized, high-stakes builds.

From hyperscale data centers and regulated manufacturing facilities to major infrastructure and energy projects, we support roles across project management, MEP leadership, commissioning, scheduling, cost, and owner-side delivery—matching organizations with professionals who have delivered similar work before.

iRecruit.co is built for environments where:

- Projects are technically complex
- Timelines are compressed
- Talent gaps create real risk

We don’t operate as a traditional staffing firm. We act as a long-term talent partner—aligned to execution, continuity, and scale.

Whether you’re expanding into new markets, staffing a first-of-kind facility, or strengthening delivery oversight on a major program, iRecruit.co supports the talent decisions that keep projects moving.
Currently working with clients across the country to source construction management talent for some of the most cutting edge data center projects for hyperscalers.

We're continuously seeking professionals with experience in mission critical builds for the following roles: Project executives, Senior construction managers and project managers, construction and project managers, Assistant construction managers, MEP SMEs, Pre-construction managers, cost estimators, procurement specialists and more.
