Joel Liederman

Joel Liederman has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Joel is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at NovaResp Technologies Inc., where they utilize their expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence to develop CPAP devices for obstructive sleep apnea patients.

Prior to this, Joel worked as the Director of Corporate Development at IRegained Inc. in 2018, where they played a key role in the company's growth and development.

Joel has extensive experience in venture capital and management consulting. Joel founded and operated ELARAD Venture Management, a management consulting firm that specializes in assisting technology-focused venture capital companies and their portfolio companies. Joel held various positions at ELARAD Venture Management, including President, Principal Consultant, and President from 2003 to 2017. Joel was responsible for strategic planning, go-to-market strategies, intellectual property management, and fundraising, among other areas.

Joel also worked as the Senior Advisor, Planning and Pipeline at XOR Labs Toronto from 2016 to 2020, where they provided valuable expertise in planning and pipeline management.
