Ranjit Dasgupta is a passionate consultant specializing in all aspects of the tea industry, drawing from over 52 years of experience. Currently self-employed and involved with the Harris Freeman Foundation, they focus on improving the livelihoods of smallholder tea farmers in Malawi and Tanzania. Ranjit has held significant roles, including Director of iRely and Harris Freeman Viet Nam, as well as Vice President of Jayshree Tea & Industries. They earned a B.A. (Hons) in Political Science from Mount Hermon School & North Point College in Darjeeling.
