Naoise Penco

Naoise Penco is the Head of Financial Control at IREN, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, Naoise served as a Senior Finance Manager at IREN and worked in Deloitte's Financial Service audit department, where they advanced from Audit Senior to Audit Manager. Naoise holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Dublin City University and an ACA qualification from Chartered Accountants Ireland. They completed their undergraduate studies in Accounting and Finance at Dublin City University.
