Michell Ballon is a project manager with over six years of experience in developing and supervising technology proposals and implementing IT and cybersecurity projects for both public and private sectors. Michell has worked as an IT Projects Analyst at SOLUCIONES INTEGRALES DE ALTA TECNOLOGÍA S.A.C., focusing on network administration, network engineering, and cybersecurity. Currently, Michell serves as a Program Manager at IREX.ai, where they manage strategic client relationships and facilitate commercial transactions in Smart Cities and public security. Michell holds degrees in Networking and Communications from both Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and CIBERTEC and is passionate about technological innovation and continuous learning.
