Bob Capaldi is a Philadelphia Area General Manager and a recipient of the 2025 Pablo Bleiker award from the International Union Heat and Frost Insulators JATC. They have served as an instructor for Local Union 14 and Local Union 89 Heat and Frost Insulators since 1993 and 2009, respectively. Previously, Bob worked as a Building Inspector for the City of Philadelphia from 2003 to 2021 and gained early experience as an Apprentice Helper at Irex Contracting Group from 1987 to 1991. Bob completed a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science at Drexel University and holds several certifications in asbestos management and inspection.
